4 eggs
200 g sugar
300 g yogurt
150 ml sunflower oil
350 g Italian organic 00 soft wheat flour
16 g baking powder
a pinch of salt
Whisk the eggs and sugar, then add the yogurt and oil and mix until smooth and well-combined.
Add the sifted flour a little at a time and continue mixing, finally add the yeast and salt and mix for a couple of minutes.
Pour the mixture into a previously floured and buttered loaf tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C degrees for about 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven, leave to cool and serve with a glass of cold milk.
